Welcome to the Nigeria Cultural Festival (the "Festival"). This page outlines the terms and conditions (the "Terms") on which you may use the Festival's website and services (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.
2. Intellectual Property
The Festival owns all intellectual property rights in and to the Services and the content provided on the Services, including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, and software.
3. Use of Services
You may use the Services only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not use the Services to:
- violate any applicable laws or regulations;
- post, upload, or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, or invasive of another's privacy;
- impersonate any person or entity;
- post, upload, or transmit any content that infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property right of any party;
- post, upload, or transmit any content that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
4. No Warranty
The Festival does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Services are free of viruses or other harmful components.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Festival be liable for any damages whatsoever, including without limitation, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of the use of or inability to use the Services. The Festival is not responsible for any loss or damage to your computer system or data resulting from the use of the Services.
6. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
