• post, upload, or transmit any content that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;

The Festival does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Services are free of viruses or other harmful components.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Festival be liable for any damages whatsoever, including without limitation, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of the use of or inability to use the Services. The Festival is not responsible for any loss or damage to your computer system or data resulting from the use of the Services.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
